lord_bunny
Looks very GK, well done, Hvae you considered thinning your silvers, and going for a few more layers? It will be much smoother  Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/167706-gk-aobr-conversion-for-coi-3/#findComment-1976831 Share on other sites
Rob_Loken
Sweet conversion. It's amazing what can be done with those AoBR dreads. You definitely made him look like a Grey Knight. Disruptor_fe404
Good work, although the 'staring into space' head is something of a downer. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/167706-gk-aobr-conversion-for-coi-3/#findComment-1977048 Share on other sites

MEanBOb
Yea its a great take on the AoBR dread, but if you could lower the angle of the sarcoughigus (destroyed that word) it would increase the model's awesome factor 100 fold. cathar the great
You didn't really change anything on the bigger criticisms in the WiP thread. The lower part of the sarcophagus still looks funny with the cone shape and the head still looks too much upwards... I do like the wings and scrolls you made. Painting-wise, the metal could use a wash of Badab Black and overall there are no highlights. The ideas of the freehands are very cool, but you need to use a thinner brush for them. The usual 101 painting advice also applies: You should thin your paints and make more layers. Keep going, practice makes perfect!
