SimBongload
http://www.sianaco.com/images/stc/rhino.JPG or is it a Razorback http://www.sianaco.com/images/stc/razorback.JPG maybe it's a Whirlwind http://www.sianaco.com/images/stc/whirlwind.JPG actually, think it's a Predator Annihilator http://www.sianaco.com/images/stc/predann.JPG or even a Predator Destructor http://www.sianaco.com/images/stc/preddes.JPG but it looks like a Vindicator here http://www.sianaco.com/images/stc/vindi.JPG nah, got it, it is a Predicatorwind http://www.sianaco.com/images/stc/predicatorwind.JPG Firstly, an introduction, I signed up here a long time ago but haven't posted since, mainly because I don't have a marine army (I'm a filthy Xeno kinda guy!), I usually hide over on The Golden Throne forum. So for my first post, I had to do something special, so here we have a fully magnetised chassis which can be made into any of the standard rhino based tanks. Not quite finished, no tracks for a start, lots of bits need glueing together, few barrels to drill and several holes (mistakes!) in need of a ProCreate fill, but as far as I'm aware I am the first person to do all the space marine tanks in one. BigDunc
You can see a few of Sim's magnets on the outside of the hull. All of those are used for the Vindicator. As for the sponson boxes, this is how I'm doing it. I've also magnetized the Predator turret so that I can change between the autocannon and twin las. http://i600.photobucket.com/albums/tt90/bigduncm24/th_Templars084.jpg http://i600.photobucket.com/albums/tt90/bigduncm24/th_Templars083.jpg http://i600.photobucket.com/albums/tt90/bigduncm24/th_Templars089.jpg Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/167900-sim-builds-a-rhino/#findComment-2055584 Share on other sites
T0MMY
That is nice work - lots of flexibility to your army without needing to buy 5 tanks... ...unitl you want to field 5 tanks! Did you just order the alternative weapon sprues separately from mail order?
