I am not familiar with City Fight and what to expect. But this is the list I made of 750 points.

120 =][= Canoness - Eviscerator, Brazier of Holy Fire, Jump Pack, Cloak of St Aspira

022 =][= Inquisitor - Bolter

120 =][= Callidus Assassin

209 =][= Battle Sister Squad 10 - Vet, Combi-Flamer, Meltagun, Heavy Flamer, Rhino, Smoke

209 =][= Battle Sister Squad 10 - Vet, Combi-Flamer, Meltagun, Heavy Flamer, Rhino, Smoke

070 =][= Lance Strike

Does this seem like something that could hold up in City Fight, and what kind of things should I expect different than the standard Rulebook?

The Lance Strike paid for itself easily.

The game ended up being an 8 person onslaught on a 9x4 board. There were two Sisters of Battle, 2 Tyranids, an Imperial Guard, a Chaos Daemon, an Eldar, and a Dark Eldar. I lost 3 Sisters of Battle models, the Callidus Assassin, and the Inquisitor the whole fight as what ended up happening is myself and the Guard player teamed up since we were so close to each other in deployment. Since the other Sisters player was playing a Static gunline with Retributors and a large BSS with Meltaguns, add to the fact that he was on the opposite side of the board, I decided to key my Strike at his Terrain piece. As luck would have it the Dark Eldar player attacked this Sister player too and my Orbital Bombardment killed all of the Retributors, half the Static Gunline, and the Dark Eldar's jet bike Archon (failed his 2+ invul save lol). The Callidus wasn't as lucky, too much terrain on the board and the lack of frag grenades made her get chewed apart from attacks before she even got a swing in.

The game ended after turn 4 due to time, but with the troops I still had, I should have been able to hold my own a while longer. The Eldar player with Wraithlords and the Tyranid player with 4 MCs were the two biggest threats. The Daemon player got beat because he was right next to the Guard player and I and we were relentless against him (he had to deploy, he wasn't allowed to DS his army).

Rhinos were quite lucky, I had to roll almost every turn for flat tire and they always passed. I did the 14" Sister deploy twice and ripped apart some daemons and took down a 'Fex, but that was also how I ended up losing three Sisters from Wraithlord shooting.
Something to think about in the future: A Vindicare assassin combined with the Master Sniper cityfight stratagem is very effective. Especially when facing Eldar, the ability to pick out squad members and shoot into CC, while ignoring cover saves, can win games.

With the prevalence of cover saves i'm hoping the vindi. gets a skill ignoring cover saves all the time, -1 just isn't enough when people are getting 4+ saves from woods (GW seriously screwed up on this imo, we house rule it to 5+), then he would regain his awesomeness. Callidus is always the way to go atm
