Redleg
I'm trying to make sure I understand the process of moving your models in the Assault Phase during subsequent rounds of Close Combat. Imagine a very "long" mob of 30 Orks. Assault Marines assault one of the flanks and get base to base with several Orks. When the defenders react, they move 6" directly towards the combat. Because the mob is so large, not all of the Orks make it to within 2" of another Ork in base to base with the Marines (the entire Mob is not engaged). When combat is resolved, the remaining Orks make a 6" pile in move. At the end of the pile in move, there are still Orks that are not engaged. When is the next time the Ork player can move his models to get closer to the Marines? Do they get a 6" defender react move again? Or can they only move during pile ins? Redleg
At the end of the next Assault Phase, they get another 6" pile-in. That's what I was leaning towards. Thanks for the response.
