So I bought this presumably old pack (from 1988 it says). The figures inside, 3 marines in Mk2 Crusade armor, looks amazingly cool, and I was wondering if there was any other place than the internet (I bought this pack of Ebay, but I buy too much stuff from there, so I feel like I have to stop lol) where you can buy old warhammer figures?

Thanks in advance

ps. Also, what do you think of the figures? Haven't opened the pack yet

Definitely legit. Old school GW marines.

Definitely pretty rare, and I highly doubt your are going to fine anywhere (physical store or even internet site) that carries them in any volume. Person to person sales are going to be the only way to get any more.

But, nice find.

Think I was the one that sold you those on ebay mate! I bought them in the reading GW store back in '89 if they're the same ones.

They are really nice minis, I've still got a few I kept for my own armies and they make great captains as they have a sword as well as the bolter.

They're currently out of production as far as I know but there are ebay stores that sell them individually but you're probably looking at about ten quid a model from there and highly unlikely they will be in their blisters still.

Best thing you can do with them is open the pack and get painting mate unless you want to hold onto them for later resale.

Edit: Here's the pack I sold.

Haha, yes that's the one! What are the odds ^^ Thanks mate!

You kept these for 20 years without never opening them? Woah, you probably have other old items on your Ebay then, I'll have a look :HQ:

And yeah, they are great minis, I'll make sure to do my very best paint job on these.

Yeah that's quite a coincidence mate.

I bought a whole heap of them, Mk I through to MkVI. I opened a few packs, got sidetracked by newer models and left then in the loft to gather dust for twenty years.

I came across them a couple of months back whilst helping clear out my old man's attic for him and figured someone would put them to better use. Those ones are really nice though, I sold another pack recently of the same and some Mk I Thunder armour as well.

I'm sure you'll do them proud mate. :cuss

TheDarker:IfI come across any more I'll give you a shout mate.

I might be putting up some more that are loose from their packs at some point.
