I use the BT upgrade marines as standard Initiates at the moment but I can always use them as SB as well / instead if I wanted to. Then, I pick a few points to paint a layer of Antique gold (RMSP). Then, I highlight the edges with Shadowed Steel (RMSP), and Polished Silver (RMSP).
