If Orbital Bombardment is called down and the Chapter Master is onboard a vehicle - he cannot do this if the vehicle is moving right? eyescrossed Posted June 2, 2009 Share Posted June 2, 2009 He cannot do it if it doesn't have Fire Points. This means he can only do it from a Rhino. He cannot move in a vehicle whe he fires it.
