Dreadnought - 3d

Martox

Recommended Posts

Evening gents; yes, it's me again. With yet another 3d project.

This time I've started work on a Space Wolves dreadnought, doing what, I'm not entirely sure yet. The models made, bar some minor adjustments and some detailing I've missed. Texture work, as you can see from the WIP renders is at the moment still in the planning stage.

Comments and critiques on the build are most welcome.

Looking good :)

Though what catches my eye is the width of parts: torso (each of the 1/3), the equivalent-of shoulder pads, as well as that groin plate-thingy. Also, am not sure as I'm at the office at the moment: wont the sides of the torso "taper" a bit?

Just my 2centavos

Right, got hold of an Imperial Armour image of a MK IV and rescaled it according to that. Looking a bit better now. A few details to add here and there (cabling, which I'll do seperately as it'll be a bugger to include in the inverse kinematics & bone rigging straight away. I think.)
