Nottingham? what like Robin Hood?

AWESOME!!!

Is Little John going to be there as well????? ;) ;)

Do you know where GW are based little brother?

Woah woah...wait a minute...who are you calling little brother?

I know where GW is from...I learned about it when I was outside of the school...you know shoot some b-ball.

Though, some guys, who where up to no good. Start making trouble in the gaming store. I got in one Apoc game, and my mom got scared. She said your movin with your auntie and uncle in Bel Air.

I whistled for a cab and when it came near the license plate said fresh and it had dice in the mirror

If anything I can say this cab is rare! But, I thought 'Now forget it' - 'Yo homes to Bel Air'

I pulled up to the house about 7 or 8,and I yelled to the cabbie 'Yo homes smell ya later'

I looked at my kingdom,I was finally there

To sit on my throne as the Prince of Bel Air!

Oh yes...I went there. ;)

It's a nordic-type fluff thing, spoken with tolerance and a degree of affection.

Think of it as one up from whelp ;)

Just back from the 40K battlefields weekend and I thoroughly recommend it to anyone who likes good, fun gaming and can get to Nottingham.

Made it for the get go in the end so 5 x games of which 3 were cities of death and 2 apoc (one of which was doubles) over two days. First game on each day was 2k v 1k so I was very happy when defending to take 1350 pts of a 2k Khorne army before losing 1 objective to 0 at the end of the game. It certainly didn't look too good facing so many berserkers with half the points!

So how did it go - well, four wins (SM, Eldar, IG and BAs), the one loss against Khârn and I was lucky enough to make the shortlist for the best painted army but no banana. All the games were played in a relaxed atmosphere and the events team do a cracking job.
