WG Vrox
If a sorc hit a WGPL and his pack with lasher and I rolled a 6 to ignor with my WTT, would the whole pack ignore the ability? WG Vrox. Megalodon
This is a complex one. No the Pack would not ignore the effects of the Lash, but the unit moves as fast as it's slowest member, and since the WGPL is part of the squad and is immune to the power the squad would not move. The unit would still have to test for pinning. I hope that makes sense. Grey Mage
It wouldnt "Ignore" the effect, but to all intents and purposes the power would have no effect but to pin the unit. They wouldnt move. Spacefrisian
Um doesn't it say after the opponent has made a test but before he is using the power you may roll a dice and on a 6 its ignored. So why would you need to make a pinning test? Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/170802-wgpl-with-wtt/#findComment-2018185 Share on other sites
Grey Mage
cause its only for that one model... and the squad as a whole can be pinned without the one model being pinned, and the squad would suffer the effects. Atleast, thats the way I read it. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/170802-wgpl-with-wtt/#findComment-2018275 Share on other sites
Vassakov
I think the pinning is the fairest compromise, as Lash is mostly used to bunch squads up. Grey Mage is right, though, only 1 model in the unit has to be affected to force a pinning check, but as the WGPL cannot move the squad cannot move.
