I'm probably being dense - but where does it say that? On the honor guard and command squad entries they go out of their way to say that those units don't count against the HQ limit. There's nothing like that on the servitors. The best I've got is that the servitor entry is in a grey box like the other 'upgrade' units. But there's no official 'grey box in a codex = upgrade' rule afaik. Are we just assuming that's true for servitors because it makes sense or does it actually say that anywhere?
