If a Libby and his unit begin their turn sequestered in the cosy interior of humanity's finest fighting vehicle, can he use Force Dome? This question is specifically to do with a Librarian accompanying an Honour Guard squad who can then assault out of the vehicle and have a 5++ save. Force Dome must be used at the beginning of the Librarian's movement phase but the fact that he's in the vehicle and it is the vehicle which moves kind of complicates matters. Thoughts? Opinions?
