damn-you-lorry
is Karamazov a difficult model to put together? how about painting him?? Not really, if you have a drill. Every part of Karamazov need to be pinned. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/171112-inquisitor-lord-karamazov/#findComment-2022109 Share on other sites
ArmouredWing
is Karamazov a difficult model to put together? how about painting him?? Not really, if you have a drill. Every part of Karamazov need to be pinned. Not from my experience, yes it is a heavy model but I found that it was made to a high enough standard that with some superglue gel he lasted for a number of years and only came apart when my friends 2yr old daughter sat on him! Needless to say, Karamazov is a fair beast on the gaming table. He'll draw a massive amount of fire and can shrug most of it off pretty easily and, as previously stated, the only thing I've found that can do a significant amount of damage to him is the behind of a 2yr old girl. Grand Master Caloth
I gacked the legs from his model for my real ornate Dreadnought, and sed the multimelta from it for a dread MM. I love the looks of the model, but pinning is a MUST Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/171112-inquisitor-lord-karamazov/#findComment-2022496 Share on other sites
Imperator Mos
I didnt pin mine, but thats only cuz my hobby skills were lacking at the time. I would recommend pinning, but lots of superglue and green stuff will do. As for painting, its a very detailed model. Mine isnt the standard scheme, I did some marble effects on the throne itself, which isnt really evident by my pics. Great model though, hope this helps. ValourousHeart
I didn't need to pin mine either... a little green stuff to help hold the joints while the super glue dries is all it too. The only fiddly bit i had was the two braziers that attach to the back. Haven't painted him yet, cause i am still working on my color scheme for the vehicle side of my forces.
