igloo
you should use the same effect done on the eyes around the edge of the plasma pistol. other than that really good. Neolis
@vishtank: Thank you @Blender: The scratches are black or reaper brown liner with the grey I used as my highest highlight painted right under it. The other mud and rustish spots are just thinned glazes of other colors. mud browns and earth browns some very thing orange. @rusty1109: The Gem is Reaper red liner them in a crescent shape getting thinner and thinner scab red Scab red w/ blood red Blood red blood red w blazing orange Opposite to the crescent shape a dot a white. @igloo: Will do @Berzerker Pezz: I would love to get a paint jam session at the hobby shop someday, this week though at work I don't have less then 20 patients on any day. :P @Terminatorinhell: Usually worse actually. I do better when I am relaxed and little excited to experiment. working on plasma gun right now Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/171293-knight-of-order/#findComment-2027104 Share on other sites

TheDarkApostle
There's a mold line on the guard, which I think you might want to try to fix. :woot: TDA Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/171293-knight-of-order/#findComment-2027825 Share on other sites
Neolis
Thanks TDA I got that one and one or two more cleaned up. The whole model is warped. The head actually bends if you look at it from above the two halfs of the mold didn't line up exactly right on this particular casting. I got the major ones and gave up on some others. reason why I used this model as the fun project piece. Blender
Thanks for the recipe! I have always wondered how people get those results. Its coming along nicely, but the metallic power sword seems a bit flat and boring. :P Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/171293-knight-of-order/#findComment-2028191 Share on other sites
