hidje
The grey looks very nice. I would have filed away the mould lines, but well, if it's meant for Tabletop it's not that much of a problem I guess. Could I ask what you used to make the base? Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/171327-the-revilers-a-wip/#findComment-2024612 Share on other sites
zarnak21
Bloody mould lines. . . .I'd agree with getting the file out. Don't you just hate it when you filed it down undercoated it and then got on to painting and you notice some mould line. So annoying. The grey looks great though and good job with the writting. Master Commander Ajax
mold lines are the bane of my life. Still the paint job is well done. Are you gonna paint the purity seal? A bright red or green would contrast against the grey armour well. ironbear
The purity seals are next to be done.....yes they will be bright red The base is texured plasticard from a local model shop. As for the mould lines i really thought that i had them all but one has sneaked past!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are ment to be slightly better than table top and i am not sure that me pics do the justice! New camera i am still trying to work!! Typical bloke i just wont read the "destructions" in the box! More to come soon! Keep watching! Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/171327-the-revilers-a-wip/#findComment-2024767 Share on other sites
Captain Pugno
grey is great!! nice dynamic pose too buti too am not a fan of moldlines though realise how hard they can be to spot at times - really does make a good model look more average in my opinion Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/171327-the-revilers-a-wip/#findComment-2024824 Share on other sites
Disruptor_fe404
Nicely done, but I shall echo the mould-line and flash sentiment. In particular, backpack, where it looks like you've actually highlighted the mould-line and the flash on top. Good work on the flesh too.
