Frist things frist where can I get some ale! Things have truely changed around here since the last time I posted and played 3rd ed! I don't see Fernier any more or any of the older wolves. :) Some of you might remeber me or not lol

I'm finally getting back into this hobby and my friends are dusting off there armies as well. So I'm answering the call of Leman Russ again and looking to build a 5th ed army.

I would like to here from the youngs pups and long tooths on what I should buy and what tactics will work best in a all comer's list.

Thank you again for helping out a old wolf

Thank you yeah I see the rumor's floating around about the nex dex it some of it is true we should have bigger bite then before!

Are RazorBack's worth the points? I know the old rules it was just better to mount the grey hunters in rhinos and drive foward lol

Well same rule book we have had for ever. It's still really competitive thou. Man I miss the 4th edition codex so much. They were way more balanced. That said.

Fighting orks is really hard now. Use to you only had to worry about them getting to grips with you. Now they shoot amazingly well. So you take a licking from them on the move so when they do reach you your weaker then before. Add in some cheesy gimick squads and it makes them truely scarey. In the tournies around here they win 1st and 2nd place usually. If the guy knows how to play them. So we have trouble with them being so low on the models count.

Chaos can be lamed. They use 2 Leash models to pull you in front of 1ksons and AP3 you to death in rapid fire. If they mess up thou, and you can reach them, you will role them.

As to the new codex. I will believe it when I see it. 3 years of waiting when it should have been out. So I don't care any more. The 3rd edition codex does fine as it is. You just have to play smart against the giveme free wins lists.
