Relentless and deepstrike

Can a Relentless unit assault on the turn it deepstrikes?

When you deepstrike, per the BRB, you cannot assault.

Relentless allows you to fire heavy and rapid fire weapons, even if you moved. It also allows you to assault, even if you fired rapid fire weapons and heavy weapons. However, it doesn't state that it allows you to assault if you deepstrike.

I think I just answered my own question, but I want to be sure.

Can a Relentless unit assault on the turn it deepstrikes? I think the answer is no.

Deep strike states "these units may not launch an assault (even if they have the 'fleet' special rule), unless clearly stated in their special rules". Relentless does not state at all that the unit may assault in the turn they deep strike, so they can not. (BRB, P95)

Hope that helps
