Updated First Templar

The first thread is here

I took in all suggestions that I could and I appreciate all of the input. Here is what I've come up with. I know the pics are a little dark but you should still be able to see the pose.

The GS work is great, but the pose seems a little odd. His left hand just doesn't mesh with what he's doing. It looks like he's sprinting, or taking a running leap. Why is he pointing at something? You can't possibly run with your army out pointing. Its just doesn't look natural.

His legs seem slightly off to me as well. It looks like one is pushing off, and the other is landing. I suggest you rotate the left leg more underneath the figure. It makes him look like he is jumping more vertically, rather than leaping horizontally.

Thanks for the input so far everybody. The feel I was trying to for is that he is taking leaping bounds down the battlefield toward the enemy. The reason for the finger is that he has singled out his target to let it know the world of hurt that is coming its way. I know if I need to explain it then it probably still needs work lol. Everyon please continue to post all input is welcome and helpful.

I really like the model, excellent effort. The only comments I would have are on the posturing of the arm/hand. I think it would look more gnuine if his arm was more stretched out and his hand/wrist more pronated i.e. palm facing down. Palm in neutral looks more like you're imitating a pistol.

Keep it up though, good work with GS!
