Order Of The Alabaster Lily

Hey guys,

Recently started a sisters army, i'm currently in possession of 2 10 woman squads, 2 rhinos, a cannoness and a 5 woman squad of Seraphim.

I just finished the test model, please excuse the quality of the image. I only posess a camera phone, however a friend of mine has quite a good camera so i suspect i'll use the camera phone for week to week updates and once a month i'll get a good shoot with my mates. Sort of a convenience thing.

Anyway, enough blather, the first sister!

Currently about halfway through the first squad, gotta say, love these models. Brillaint sculpts.

The way you posed it actually works, with a bit of imagination. Personally I'd cut the back leg(the one on the rock) off and reposition it, however... Cutting in SoB isn't funny...

Good painting overall. ^^

EDIT: Speaking of which... How'd you do the hair?

Cheers!

Thanks for the reply mate, i probably should cut the back leg but it's painted now and a pain int he arse in general so i've just left it.

Hair was done with vermin brown, wide highlight of blazing orange, light highlight of fiery orange and then a wash of ogryn flesh.

Your scheme looks cool, do I see some use of the hallowed Badab Black wash there? Always good to see another SoB player enter the fold

As usual, I suggest you give the =][= part of the B&C a good poke around if you haven't already but it looks like you know what you're doing judging from your starting models.
