Dmetor
Interesting... Looks quite medieval with the alternated colours. What about the chapter name Steel (something). Can't think of a second name as yet but thats what i thought of when i saw them. ShinyRhino
Knights of Citrus! Painting is good. Just a very odd selection of colors for the scheme. MRCHAOS
wow they look good!!!!! The only thing I can say is I think the green should be darker (Snot Green). The white armour is spot on, very nice indeed. :D Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/172272-diy-space-marine-chapter-azure-angels/#findComment-2035866 Share on other sites

Can't think of a second name as yet but thats what i thought of when i saw them. yeah and with the decals from the Bretonnian Knights transfer sheet it would look cool too :D Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/172272-diy-space-marine-chapter-azure-angels/#findComment-2035908 Share on other sites
Skull_Lord
You definitely have painting skill, but the colour selection is quite ... odd. But I do think it can work with several models together, just not models each on their own. trautz
thanks for your comments and critics so far guys! Yeah, "Citrus Commando" ^^ ... i will think about a name ... will take some time, but your ideas are welcome of course! They are supposed to look good in a group, thats the main idea, the single apperance is not that important.. i will take a little groupshoot later today Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/172272-diy-space-marine-chapter-azure-angels/#findComment-2036057 Share on other sites
Terminatorinhell
Knights of Citron , a fancier name maybe not as noticeable  Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/172272-diy-space-marine-chapter-azure-angels/#findComment-2036060 Share on other sites
arutha
I think they look great, my only concern is how the look will transfer to a vehicle. Either way they will look good as a group on the table, looking forward to seeing more. Dan The Deamon
I like the painting and the choice of colors. My only suggestion would be to alter the bolters from a white steel to more of a metal look. Similar to the shoulder pads on one of the marines. As it stands now they're blending into the power armor a little too much to differentiate between the two. Maybe i nice brass or beaten copper look would draw it out more from the white armor and silver trim. Keep it up! trautz
i thought about the colors, tried a few things and came up with this final result: http://i454.photobucket.com/albums/qq270/kah1986/engel1.jpg The Chapters Name will be "Azure Angels", and i will paint 2 Squads of AOBR Space Marines as a Base ... which will take about 3 years :-) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/172272-diy-space-marine-chapter-azure-angels/#findComment-2049552 Share on other sites
