For religious reasons I find myself unable to bring myself to purchase the codex. However as I intend to take part in this years uk GT i thought it best i do some research incase i run into you warp spawned monstrosities. I have played 2 games against daemons in the past, both with a relatively inexperienced player (who ported his force from fantasy). And won soundly (he used mostly khorne forces and i was fortunate with some DSing). So i was just wondering if you guys could give me some pointers on what to be particularly afraid of, effective ways to annoy this rather unusual army, and general tips to defeat you disgusting creatures (no offense intended). Especally any fairly common tourney builds (if there are any) To give you an idea I use Chaos Space Marines (I know terribly silly that i object to daemons on religious reasons, but my marines are completely non god related) Help most greatfully accepted, and thankyou in advance. stump Posted July 1, 2009 Share Posted July 1, 2009 If you go back a couple pages there are reviews for all our unit choices and what works the best. I have a terrible time doing links so I will allow someone with better computer skills than me do them. Titles are Heavy support,Elites,troops etc... It may help ya a little or alot. It's not one of the best to be honest though. By the way, the links above aren't in chronological order, the armoury one was done at the same sort of time as the elites I think, but the others were done in that order. You should definately have a look through the armoury thread though, make sure you know roughly what some of the more exotic powers do. Note- They are written for daemon players, so bear that in mind as you read through, you may not know exactly what everything means but I doubt it'll be difficult to figure out.
