Just thought I'd post up a couple of the bases I have on the go at the moment and will be messing around with water effects when I can get to GW this week.

Very simple conversions to add a bit of character to your models. For the jungle bases something to use as fallen jungle foliage could be herbs. But I'm looking forward to see what you come up with on these bases.

Thanks Massanger. I used to steal my mums oregano in place of static grass years ago when I first got into miniature painting. I've been looking in the cupboard this past week, eyeing up the thyme and sage I'll be using for Saturday's dinner lol.

I've been thinking of going round the house looking for very thin creepers too. They might be of use for the bases. I guess we'll see how they turn out.

If you are using the greenstuff simply to add some depth and variation and allow for things to be stuck into it I would suggest seeing if you cant pick up some milliput. Its cheaper, easier to work with for simply bulking stuff out, dries really hard, and sands and drills nicely.

Aye, I checked this out after seeing people quote it on the forums. These bases are the first time I've used GS and I've had it sitting in my workstation drawer for about 4 months, too terrified to experiment lol. I'll be looking for an ebay seller on payday to be sure :P
