Tigrinus Posted July 2, 2009 Share Posted July 2, 2009 My buddy and I were arguing over whether or not a Land Raider taken as a dedicated transport uses up a heavy support slot, or like the Rhinos, Razors and Pods uses no slots. Ideaus Posted July 2, 2009 Share Posted July 2, 2009 it dosn't use a heavy spot it is a dedicated transport and sit outside of the FOC BRB page 67, the drama is that on the same page it said in Bracket ( for example, the mighty sm land raider), but on page 136 of C:Sm under terminator it says one terminator squad may select a land raider as a dedicated transport. so yes it dosn't use up a FOC slot. theoroticaly you can have two LR that do not use up a slot, because under the Assault terminator its say the same But is word like "one Terminator assault squad in the army". So this is one way of having up to 5 LR on a normal FOC that pretty cool but that would cost a fortune some thing like 1750 points but cool none teh less.
