Grey Mage
That sounds more like a 1k force... so dont forget to factor in an extra HQ. OO- another fun trick Ive picked up- a Wolf Gaurd Pack Leader in TDA with a Stormshield and a Runic Charm and a Power Weapon runs 50pts... and gives you something to soak things like AP 3 sniper shots and plasma. Could really help your footslogging squads. Jonas Stromclaw
I was planning to keep squad size small to keep it 750pt. I like the WGPL, my brother just picked up his first sniper drones and Ive been wondering how to counter it. that sounds just about perfect :o Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/174027-denying-the-greater-good/page/2/#findComment-2058209 Share on other sites

Forseti
Seems like a decent list, just be careful when deepstriking your dread, really sucks showing his back to S5 rapid fire weapons. Jonas Stromclaw
Dread goes right behind the railhead with scouts coming in to keep suits, firewarriors, what the heck ever off his back turn two while the whirlwind lays a cordon of fire around him to discourage anyone else from joining the party. greese_m0nkey
The last list you put up looks good. GW staff hate it when I tell some people short on cash that EBay can be your friend. If you look you can get things for half their cost. You might have to repaint but it’s worth it. Plan your army it makes your choices for new models easier. I even got lucky once and got 50 old space marine/ space wolf figures for $20. lunchb0x
I use rhinos, and wolf scouts.... Rhinos to go as far forward as possible and pop smoke....after that first 12inch move, I present the rear armor...for some reason railguns cant take out armor 10 rhinos ;) then 2nd turn do another full 12inch move...hoping that they blow my wolves out of the rhinos, then my turn charging in. and wolf scouts take care of any railguns that are close enough to the board to shoot/hth. oh, and once blood claws get into the lines...its pretty much game over for them. RHINOS FOR THE WIN!!!...and a razor back or two with assault cannons :tu: Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/174027-denying-the-greater-good/page/2/#findComment-2073435 Share on other sites
