Every other deepstriker has the rule because that is how they get on the board. But it is a weak argument and can be left up to personal choice/opponent's consent. Vash113 Posted July 30, 2009 Share Posted July 30, 2009 I don't think so, he has to posesss the Deep Strike ability to charge when Deep Striking in Planestrike, the rule doesn't mention Deep Striking psychic powers and since it's a power not the actual Deep Strike ability I'd say no.
