Brother Tiberus Posted August 5, 2009 Share Posted August 5, 2009 I have a question, with regards to the equipment lists in most of the new Codex's coming out. Space Marine troops have, in their equipment list, Boltguns, Bolt Pistols, Frag and Krak grenades. My question is this: Can they choose what weapon to fire with whenever they want? I imagine that, if they can choose, it will affect the assault phase and so forth. I'm hoping that they can select it, as it makes the Tactical Squads much more versatile. My only worry now, is the WYSIWYG rule, as the models don't have near enough room for bolt pistols and bolters and so on, on themselves. The Black Watch Posted August 5, 2009 Share Posted August 5, 2009 Yes you can choose which to fire, which will determine whether or not you will be able to assault. WYSIWYG isn't so strict that you have to have all the models' weapons visible, its designed to prevent you using a model with a bolter as a model with a lascannon.
