hi all, havent posted her much... barely posted at all realy.... hope it doesnt look like im just using you guys when i want without contributing... but meh, i seek the advice of the long fangs once again anyway

to begin, basic suggestions about what units work well in compeditive play are welcomed, but i have the gaming aspect down, the only enemy i might have some difficulty with is elfdar (or a guy who might play tau, which i dont have all to much experience with) what im really needing is help with the more flavourful parts.

for example, of the three prizes, one is for whoever writes the best 'war report', and i need to know who's perspective i should do it from, i was thinking a wolf scout, or an ex-deathwatch marine.

the last thing is where you think a space wolf would land? we'll be using the new planetary empires set, and i intend to make something special for my 'home' tile

The best competitive units

Grey hunters they are great all round unit probably one of the best Troop choices out there, give them a rhino or drop pod to get them where they need to go

Wolf Guard terminators with Runic charms these guys are probably the toughest(hard to kill) unit there is throw in a couple storm shields and woah.

Venerable dread love these guys hard to kill BS 5 assault cannon and re roll first turn

Blood claws the new counter attack rules make these guys great combined with a LRC and an IC wow can these guys do some damage

Lets not forget the wolf scouts cheap and effective and nasty scare for any units that sits at the back with OBEL or and combined with a LS storm for a 20" charge

well i'll definately be whipping togeter another BC or GH pack, no question that they are just brutal beyond belief, and im already working on some wolf scouts, however mounting everyone in rhinos or busting out the termi's isnt much of an option, moneys a bit tight at the moment.

and like they'd have any ale worth the effort of drinking, my great company keeps its own stock of the good stuff
