Attack Bike Shooting & assaulting

Hi,

A couple of noob questions (I have got a rulebook, just not to hand) regarding Attack Bikes...

At 50pts an Attack Bike has TL bolters, bolt pistol and Multi melta...

Can they all fire in the same turn (i.e. 4 shots within 12", 3 within 24")?

Also, could I then assault with the Attack Bike in the assault phase.

I'm thinking yes to both but have a niggling doubt that I wanted to clear up.

[EDIT]Sorry another question, they have 2 attacks as standard, does that mean they have 3 attacks when they assault? Again I'm thinking yes but wanted to clear it up as I'm planning on taking 3 in the next game and wanted to make sure I perfectly understood what they can do.

Thanks brothers.

Its a yes to gaining an extra attack on the charge, as for the shooting I would be tempted to say you could fire the main weapon and then choose either Bolters or Bolt Pistol. The gunner fires the main wep and the rider fires the bolters, however there something in my mind saying it counts as one model so can only fire one weapon.

Yes. There are two riders, so you can fire two weapons systems. That generally means the TLB on the front/fairing and the main weapon, in your case a MM.

The BP is basically a relic from the past, and now just allows you to engage enemies in close combat (just as it does when carried by an infantryman into an assault). If you think about it, both marines on the attack bike carry a BP, it's part of every marine's standard equipment. You could, technically, swap it for any melee weapon if it makes you feel better; it certainly isn't used for shooting, really.
