Even though they are quite light pictures ( in the lighting sense) they are still dark, they really capture the darkness of the 40K universe. Keep up the most excellent work! Some of the imagery is so abstract but at the same time theres details that just stick out so clearly! Last picture is definitely my favorite, as his facial expression and pose are perfect. And since the proportion thing is off on all of the pics, I'm chalking it up to your style. My favs are: the Dark Talon and the Terminator immediately below him. I also like the tutorial... sgtNACHO Posted August 13, 2009 Share Posted August 13, 2009 Nice Some of it I like others I don't like as much I'm not a fan of the cartoony skulls and Khârn's face just lowered your brownie points in my opinion. I see that it is your style and I can't say its not great artistry skills, just I'm not a fan of those pieces. I do love some others like the one with the lightning claw, The Carnifex is 100% awesome!, That possesed marine just looks great, I could see that in any Chaos Codex and think it was an amazingly real portrait of a Traitorous scum falling further to the Evils of Chaos. Oh and your first picture I think is nice, but its too hard to make out since the black and white blend so much. I think if you had color or some more crispness to it. It could be better appreciated. Still think its great though! Overall your work is fine, and although some I'm not a fan don't take it as hate, just my need to reveal my feelings :) Great Job man! I love your play with darkness and light and your Possessed makes me shiver... ;) The mad touch of your chaos-artworks are striking and would fit perfectly into the CSM-Codex (better than many of the artworks included ;))!
