wanted to comment this afternoon, but didn't have the time :)

 

first off: consider your hairy-flames idea stolen, its brilliant :P

 

I think the color scheme works really well, the orange is very striking.

the only model I don't like is your demon prince: the orange is just too flat, it doesn't look organic,

you could try and build it up from a dark red and don't paint it u to a pure orange, but some sort of orange/red/pink/...-ish mixture

 

But overall I like them very much, and at least one of us can say he has completed an army :)

Regretfully, the hair-flame is not my idea. :)

I saw it on the old GW website, before they changed it into the horrible, impossible to navigate, no articles, spend-your-money-here abomination.

 

Thank you for your comment on the color scheme, its there for a few reasons:

1) Being a Hollander, I have a natural love for the color orange.

2) In my fluff, the renegade marines painted their armor a quartered black and orange to let those who see/survive their raids know who is responsible.

 

As for the Demon Prince, I got it for free (It was drowned in glue though, It looked atrocious) and I dont use it much. I might go over it later though, thanks for your advice! :)
