Jonas Stromclaw
Excellent painting brother! How do you do the wolf head on the pauldrons? I stink at painting detail. Schertenleib
I was thinking how good it all looked and that this was one of the first times that I thought the yellow really worked out... Then I saw the inside of the Rhino and the tigershark marking on the side of the dread and find myself jealously hoping you suffer a violent death. Some people just have too much talent. I for one don't. Very nice Brother. I think I'm going to go slob some paint on my minis for a while. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/176397-pics-of-my-latest-space-wolves/#findComment-2085365 Share on other sites
El Scotcho
very nice, I especially like that chaplain. Where did you get the twin linked assault cannon turret for your razorback? Sharpsilver
I believe that is the same TL Assault Cannon Frontal Sponson that comes in the LR Crusader/Redeemer Box. lunchb0x
its the same, though for the next Razor Back I am going to use the correct top piece from the RB kit and toss on the TLAS. El Scotcho
sorry, I should have known, I just built one a couple of months ago. One critique though, on the bolters you may want to drybrush some boltgun or othe metallic color on there, they're looking sorta plain and black. lunchb0x
As I said there are highlight but for some reason they got washed out, the bolters do have highlight colors but not too strong. I imagine the bolters to be partially composite/steel guns. I need to get my photo booth setup again...and proper bulbs. Who dry brushes metal on black for a boltgun? This one you can see highlights on bolter, they all look like this one. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v35/lunchb0x/GreyHunters1.jpg Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/176397-pics-of-my-latest-space-wolves/#findComment-2085436 Share on other sites

Typical Cricket
Excellent work! They're very clean and very well-painted. The Dreadnaught is one of my favorite things ever. I love the arm with the teeth (like those old WW2 planes -- Warhawks IIRC). Keep up the great work! :) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/176397-pics-of-my-latest-space-wolves/#findComment-2085473 Share on other sites

Semnos
Lunchb0x, those look great. Very clean. I'm really intrigued by how you did your Rhino/Razorback Interior. Particularly the "Radar Screen." Any tips. How you have yours is exactly how I want to do mine. lunchb0x
Lunchb0x, those look great. Very clean. I'm really intrigued by how you did your Rhino/Razorback Interior. Particularly the "Radar Screen." Any tips. How you have yours is exactly how I want to do mine. For the guts of the RB, paint it un-assembled for one. As far as the radar screen, paint the brighter colour on while the dressing wearing colour is still wet, then go back over it for the details when dry.
