Wow beautiful painted army with a really nice scheme :) :D For the greeny like colour how did you do it? To me it looks like Camo green with a drybrush of a desert*ish like colour? Like desert yellow? Kommando Khaki? maybe even bleached bone? keep posting mate ^_^

I notice the decal as well and it does take away from some very nice minis. Instead of painting over the film, you could use a decal softener and fixative. I always use Walthers as both. My method:

Do NOT seal the paint before applying decals.

Apply a liberal amount of Walthers to areas where decal will be placed.

Float decal into place.

Use a paper towel to wisk away any pooling liquid. (you may need to hold the decal in place while you do this.)

After the decal is dried apply another coat of Walthers and allow to dry.

Weather and seal as normal.

I have been doing decals this way for years and you can not tell that they are decals except for the dot patterns in the halftone. You may want to practice a bit on models that are not pristine for your force till you get the hang of it. Walthers will soften your paint and it can be damaged. Feel free to ask questions.

As far as options to the white Omega, you could go with red or have something custom designed.

Best
