On the ones you actually see something clear, it looks really nice and clean, add some water to your painting and it will look even smoother. greatcrusade08 Posted December 19, 2009 Author Share Posted December 19, 2009 Thanks mate, if you cant acheive a good NMM gold then i generally dont bother as the gold looks awful otherwise (IMO) Ive always done my chest eagles white and i had stared at Calgar for ages worrying about the gold. Infact he was relegated to my conversion table when a lucky purchase saw me get a SM TDA captain and lysander really cheap. The GW shoulder pads were quite expensive (£1 per model for both pads)n but again they were worth it. Thantoes Posted January 20, 2010 Share Posted January 20, 2010 Looking mighty fine indeed, Im still in love with the white stripe on the Termie helmets. My only observation is that there is a little too much red on the Termie assault cannon but thats just an aesthetic thing for me. Also, I know you dont have access to a drill so just paint little black circles where the SB barrels would be.
