im jusrt starting the 4th company and i have to say i love the blue on these guys how have you done it? if you dont mind me asking as its real clean and crisp.

thanks mate I do the following:

 

Black undercoat

Ultramarines blue basecoat: i use my paints a little watered down so it normally requires two coats.. instead of blacklining i simply take care to avoid recesses when applying the blue.

Enchanted blue thick highlight

Ice blue thin highlight.

 

i used the GW metal shoulder pads on these minis, and the red is basecoat scab red and highlight/second coat blood red
