Mastahh B
I built and painted these up about 6 months ago. I still need to detail and put final touches on them, but I like how they look so far.. Hopefully I can get a bunch of them done in the next couple weeks. http://i26.photobucket.com/albums/c132/Grimmjack/runepriest.jpg http://i26.photobucket.com/albums/c132/Grimmjack/moddedbike.jpg http://i26.photobucket.com/albums/c132/Grimmjack/groupshot02.jpg http://i26.photobucket.com/albums/c132/Grimmjack/groupshot01.jpghttp://i26.photobucket.com/albums/c132/Grimmjack/hunters.jpg let me know what you think.. Wolf Guard Nostromo
Grab an ale and sit yourself down... Great rune priest - the face is particularly impressive. Natanael
Welcome, brother! I love your LR! How do you make the shadows and stuff on it? It just looks as if has been in the fray for a while, but still not like it has taken a lot of fire. I LIKE! Border Prince
Welcome to the Fang. Here, lets have some of the obligatory roasted aurocs and the equally obligatory ale barrel. Mastahh B
*plops down with his keg-o-ale* I love your LR! How do you make the shadows and stuff on it? It just looks as if has been in the fray for a while, but still not like it has taken a lot of fire. I LIKE I catch flak from some of the other "hardcore" gamers about that LR because it has the wrong gun on the top. Whatever... ^_^ They are impressive, wish I could paint that good, what colours do you use It, along with with the other vehicles are painted with a base coat of wolf grey/shadow grey then washed with a mix of GW badaam black and P3 black. Thats it so far. I'm in the process of weathering and doing the detail work now. I'm painting this weekend so I should have more pics on Monday or Tuesday. lunchb0x
Water your paints down more. Dont just use washes/inks all the time. Do a second coat of the yellows, its faded out a bit much. Drill your barrels. You need to do something to show more of the shadows and highlights, its too bland...ie see comment about washes and inks. Not bad though overall. Vlk
Ah curse you, brother... I have finally finished painting my first wolves and while at first I was quite proud of what they look like, I'm almost ashamed to show them now. Have a roasted yetti anyway.
