Hey guys, it's been a long long long time since I have had anything in the hall of honour. Namely because I never photograph my finished power armour stuff. But tonight I finished my first Terminator from 1 of 3 Space Hulk boxes and thought I'd share him.

He didn't photograph to well, so I'll retake them tomorrow in natural light.

Only took me a couple of hours to paint, and I'm actually quite happy with him for once!

Next miniature that will be here is the Emperors Champion, Daemon Prince of Nurgle, and a Forge World Great Unclean One so keep watching!

Cheers.

Last bit for the night, it's a base for the Nurgle Lord I'm working on for another contest.

About 4 hours of painting on it tonight. Water effects and possibly more weathering tomorrow, not sure till then.

Well C&C and Enjoy!

The miniature is from the new release of Space Hulk, I have 3 boxes so I may have swapped some of the parts, but the skeleton is part of the model.

I wanted to drilll the holes, and may get around to it, but I haven't finished moving after 2 weeks and my pin vice is still in storage with most my hobby supplies.

Well next model is finished minus some fixing. It's a Nurgle Lord converted from Huron Blackheart. He got a bad can of Purity Seal but some of the frosting went away after a layer of Dull Coate.

His thumb broke at some point after being sealed so I am going to try to find it tomorrow. Then a part of his base pealed off, so I'll rebasecoat it then fix it.

But enough talking, enjoy these pictures.

Thanks guys!

Here's an update for you all!

Something I have been working on lately, it's for the store's display at Space Wolf release next weekend. Backback is almost done, just some touch ups.

wow the SW is lush!! the face is a little colourless and the red mouth makes him look like a vampire, then again that could easily be the photography

the shins and the lighting/weathering though look amazing and the fact that you havent painted the snow totally white really adds a pure lifelikeness to the peice

Thanks mate! I took some quick snapshots on my phone tonight. I can't find my camera charger so these will have to make due for a bit.

I paint the plinth and the model separate and attach them at the end after dullcoates.

For display base/plinths, I mask off the wood before priming, unless I want to paint the wood part.

Well I didn't actually intend for him to be in the pictures, he was just what I happened to have in the background.

On another note, the Wolf is sleeping soundly in his display case at Games Workshop Grapevine Mills, for the locals feel free to stop by and enjoy, I plan on painting a Njal for the painting competition.

Oh and I found the thumb to the Nurgle Lord conversion. It was on the floor buried under some fuzz!

On another note, no work done on anything tonight, went to the Zombieland premier. It was amazing!

Did finish Captain Stern this morning at the store. Pictures tomorrow, plus need to make him a base and find a heraldry shield.
