Lognar
Good morning (or what are you have now...). I began to play in Warhammer 40K couple of months ago. By this time I only have 1500 pts. Eldar army, but I want to collect a Space Wolves army also - just because I like when my army crash the enemy in close combat. :) In that I finish my introduction. :) P.S. Sorry for my English, it’s not my native language. redbomber
Hey everyone I've been playing space wolves for a year now, started playing them after playing with a custom chapter that was close combat centric. The Ragnar books just sealed the deal. Any way that's all I got. Kvothe
Greetings my fellow Fenrisians, my name is Kvothe and I return to The Fang after an extended period of absence. Waaaaay back, when I was a young pup, I had a Space Wolves force that was small, yet packed an almighty punch (this would have been around '92-'94) I then took a leave of absence to persue other things and did not so much as look at any GW stuff for a fair few years. This was until about 6 months ago when I was on the other side of the world. I happened to be reading my way through the Alfred the Great books by Bernard Cornwell and Uthred and his Danish compatriots struck a chord with me. It got me thinking back to my old Space Wolves and that I should start to get an army together again. I had a chat with a friend of mine who has collected GW stuff for longer than he can remember and he said that he had a load of old Space Wolves stuff kicking about that I could have, so the deal was struck. I've now got close to a 1500pt army and am constantly looking for ways to expand it. After a few weeks of playing around with paint schemes, I am now in a position to get everything painted coherently and will be having my first game with my Wolf brethrin very soon indeed. I cannot wait. I love the "up close and personal" aspect of the might Space Wolves - something that has been reflected in any game I have played in my absence. As I see it, you should be close enough to smell the fear you cause. *Raises tankard of beer* For Russ!
