One last question on allies

Hey

I promise i have looked online for this answer already so im sorry if its a simple/stupid question...

Following the ally rules in the WH codex i can use the WH's as the parent list:

So a HQ and 2 TROOP choices are required from the WH parent list as standard...

Further following the rules on the ally page it shows that i can induct an IG platoon, this is simple enough i've read the FAQ and wont break the new IG rules so my list now consists of:

HQ: WH Palatine

Troops: 2 SoB basic battle squads

Troops: Platoon command squad and 2 infantry squads and 1 heavy weapons squad

So far i have a legal list im sure - i have 1 HQ and 3 Troops choices of witch the compulsory units are from the WH codex.

Now my main problem - Using now the DH codex can i use the 2nd set of ally rules to add DH units to my WH parent list even though my parent list has already inducted troops from the IG codex, as long as i follow the restrictions the 2nd set of ally rules give...

So my list now:

HQ: WH Palatine

HQ: GK Grand Master

Troops: 2 SoB basic battle squads

Troops: Platoon command squad and 2 infantry squads and 1 heavy weapons squad

Is this legal?

Im very sorry for the long winded explanation but i had to make sure thier were no misunderstandings in what i was saying - effectivly in short im asking if i can field 3 armies at the same time legaly for a tournament even.

Thank You

p.s. on a side note are thier any other armies that have the ally rule witch are able to ally with imperial forces?

No. Only SM or IG may ally with DH or WH as set down in their codices.

There was a different allies setup in 2nd ed that let many other armies ally with each other, though, and it hasn't been used in over 12 years.
