Chosen One: A Dark Apostle is responsible for watching over the spiritual well being of his flock, ensuring that the words of Lorgar himself are followed to the letter and their hearts, minds, and souls are prepared. He is to lead by example from the front. Every Word Bearers army of at least 1000 points must include a Dark Apostle. He does not use up a force slot and does not count as your compulsory HQ

Demagogue: Reciting from the Book of Lorgar the Dark Apostle reminds those around him of the importance of their mission and the price that failure brings. Grants the Fearless USR to any unit with the mark of undivided with a model within 6 inches of him

Accursed Crozius: When the Word Bearers turn from the Emperor their chaplains took their crozius, the blessed weapon that was his badge of office, and defiled them. They then offered them up to the Dark Gods that they might be blessed with power from real gods so that they might strike down those who had betrayed them. This pleased the Dark Gods, who enjoyed the irony of the followers of the false emperor being struck down with the weapon from their own spiritual leaders. A Accursed Crozius is a power weapon that adds +1 to strength and grants user a 4+ invulnerable save

Purge the Unfaithful: The Word Bearers will willingly bring the Word of Lorgar to any who would hear it but there can be no room for unbelievers and those that refuse to hear must not be allowed to live. Purge the Unfaithful grants preferred enemy to the Dark Apostle and any unit he joins

Possessed: Most people possessed by a daemon do not survive long. Their bodies unable to bear the power of the warp inside them, they quick mutate to the point that nothing more than a swirling mass of flesh. Even the enhanced body of a space marine can not last long. But Burias has gained control over the daemon inside him, to the point that he can subdue it at will. The daemon inside him has become the puppet instead of the master and is nothing more than a tool to be used at his leisure. Before a battle Burias may call forth the daemon to enhance his already deadly combat skills. This grants him +1 to strength and toughness, feel no pain, and a 5+ invulnerable. His arms distend to massive claws that are sharp enough to cut through a steel bulk head. He counts as having a pair of power weapons

First In, First Blood: Burias is known for being at the vanguard of an assault, quickly looking for an opponent that will offer him a good fight. Once he has butchered them he will quickly find another target in which to satisfy his blood lust. He is often called upon to lead a unit into the heart of an army, and cut it out. Any unit he joins gains the Furious Charge USR.
