1. Is the space wolf omnibus cannon?

2. Do space marines ever ttake their armor off.

3.The book says the great wolf gets his own great company made of a command structure (pretty sure this is incorrect, but i may have missunderstood as it could have been saying that he just keeps his current company as I understand.

4. To what compony do the preists belong, or do they just keep their old compony.

5. How do the wolves feel about the worship of the emperor and russ?

6. How old is ragnar when he got the black carapace, because i seem to remeber that on lex it says that after the geneseed goes in the rest of the implants go in in a series of years.... but he got them all pretty fast.

3. The Great Wolf does have a command structure within his Company, but it's not exactly what you'd expect from a normal Chapter Master's.

3 (?) To my knowledge, they answer to the Great Wolf, are within his command structure, and are generally allowed free reign.

4. I'd gather that the Wolves don't really buy into the Emperor bit, seeing as how the current 5th Ed BGB dictates, under the Marine fluff entry, subcategory Wolves, "Only call on the Emperor to look upon the living and judge the dead.", or something akin to that. And there's no worship of Russ in the least; rather, there's profound respect, awe, and devotion to the Chapter as a whole.

1) Don't know. Seems GW uses the Black Library to sort out fluff. I'd say what's published there is canon.

2) I am reading the Horus Heresy novels now and in Horus Rising it seems the space marines take it off in time of leisure and sometimes in training. In battle or any kind of public event they wear their armor.

3) The Great Wolf keeps his Great Company from when he was just a Wolf Lord as well as gains control of the Great Wolf's Company which contains the SW's Priests, and vehicles. Think of the Great Wolf's Company a wolf guard unit. He assigns the Priests and Vehicles to the other Great Companies according to need. He would go to battle with his own Great Company.

Regarding vehicles it may just be the venerable dreads that are under his control. Vehicles may be "owned" by the companies. Which may have changed in this edition of the codex (I am thinking of the Wolf Lord who has a dozen LRC's).

4) Like many other SM chapters, the SW do not believe in the idea of the Emperor as the God-Emperor that the Clergy shoves down everyone's throat. To the SW he is the manliest of men, the only man ever able to best Russ in combat, and they use him as an example to set their actions by.
