cherrboh
ive seen it around, and i thought it was just a conversion, but now i know the error of my ways. ive been playing for years, but have never seen it. is it not on sale anymore? i would scale the exterior of the fang in merely my black carapace to have it in my paws. dublindawg
The only model I have seen for the wolf priest is the Urik model. That is still available from GW. Games Day 2003 model; you can sometimes find it on eBay, but he's usually expensive. Edit: I just made my Wolf Priest Halfdan my avatar for you. Grey Mage
I actually use the 13nth company Rune Priest model for mine- Plasmapistol and Runic Armor is the way I try to run him, with a pelt and frag grenades. Its a beautiful model, and my most often taken HQ. I have a Rune Priest, converted from the plastic DA veteran sprue... I like a Rune Priest in robes, it feels right. cherrboh
yeah, the RP is a wiked model. i painted one up rather well for my standards back in the day and im pretty happy with it, but im buying another one because i love the model that much and want to do it up another way. i just cant get passed that wolf priest model though. its 8 different kinds of awesome. probably one of the best models GW has done IMO. TeamLando
I bought him o Ebay for about 20£ something, worth it I'd say seeing he's LT and a damn fine sculpt! Have yet to piant him, I will one day :P Before I got him however I had a vanilla Chaplain converted, he became pretty cool too I must say, so, if you want a wolf priest, do both xD Guess one can convert Ulrik aswell :P I for one hope GW releases a offical one soon, I mean the unit has been in the army since 2nd edition and still without a easily accessible model. Not ok. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/179794-the-wolf-priest-model/#findComment-2128733 Share on other sites
Aeddon
Yeah, my plan is to do a Wolf Priest on a bike so I'm going to need to convert a model regardless. Still wanna get the LE model though, it's just too bad ass! greese_m0nkey
Oh I forgot it has been so long I had converted a chaplain on a bike to a WP. If I could get a decent picture I would post it.
