Quick question on the Night Lords

Well...

You said 2 warbands now. So fine by me. An alliance between Chaos Lords is perfectly possible and happens frequently for large operations or the likes.

But 'Deathguard' IN NL is a bit harder to justify. Deathguard fighting ALONSIDE NL is different though.

Frankly NL in theory may have units or warriors fallen to a god but they should be in the minority. Lord of the Night also shows Chaos rather embraced in at least a large portion of the Legion.

But personally i'd advise you to stay away from Cult Troops in a 'pure' force.

NL however can deviate from the stereotype in my opinion. Sometimes they do use tanks, Landraiders etc.

But in an NL i'll naturally expect to see at least a good portion of fast attack, it is so linked with the Legion that a for a fluffy NL i'd expect to see it.

 

In the end you do as you please though. Heck you can put archenemies together or have Berserkers and Thousand Sons in an Iron Warriors force.

Just don't expect people to identify it as IW's... as I sure wouldn't. I'd assume it was a regular warband.
