Levitas Posted October 1, 2009 Author Share Posted October 1, 2009 You can use them aggressively, but in combat they will get swamped quickly with just 2 wounds. Tooling up with TDA is nice but then they cant go in Rhinos, which is where i think they will do the most damage. You want them using powers every turn, not using average combat prowess. I think living lightning will become the default power. With JotWW, if its worth taking out as a threat then it usually has a high initiative anyways. Its more an opportunistic power, than something you can run with runepriest spam, which the bandwagoners will see at some point. Where as 2 rune priests in support of a WL can deal out 2D6 Str 7 hits a turn(LL x2) while the WL is tearing up units in combat. Make people roll lotsa dice, not just one dice and hope the ground opens up. Weapons listed above: Flamer Melta Plasma Further on down it says one BC can replace his CCW w. a Special CCW. Sorry bud bu you're dead wrong. Re-read the 'dex next time you're at the store. Meh. I'm not afraid to admit when I'm wrong. Looks like my army will be turning into a tank-busting one then.
