Hfran Morkai Posted October 1, 2009 Share Posted October 1, 2009 I've decided I want to create an Adeptus Arbites army, led by some Inquisition members because who doesn't want the Inqusition poking their noses into destroying heretics? Or it could just be an Inquisitor army... My main question is about the Repressor. My computer refuses to open any PDFs and I'm just wondering some basic things about it. I will be buying the books in the future but I'm buying what's important first. I love the idea of a mechanised Arbites Strike Force Is the transport capacity less than a Rhino? Does it have weapon options? Any nifty rules I'm unaware of? Or should I stick with Chimeras with autocannon turrets? Cheers. I personally have bought and built two ( <sigh> only one is painted though). The Repressor for the same price and stats as our codex Rhino has a dozer blade, a pintle mounted heavy flamer, smoke launchers, and searchlights. The transport capacity is the same as an ordinary Rhino but has more fire points. You can squeeze 7 shots out of a Repressor (6 "basic" weapons from the squad and 1 special or heavy weapon). Option-wise it can have extra armor or an HK missile. For SoB it has more potential options but you are running with an Arbites Squad. So in other words the Repressor rocks, but since its IA get you opponents permission before you play with one. Hopefully that helps you. I was planning on running them in Apocalypse battles where pretty much anything goes.
