Maximus-92
Hi, Max here So happy just, got my two wolf packs yesterday, and i'm painting up my first grey hunters for my new army. My old wolves were amoung some of the first models i painted and because of this they are ugly. I'm really happy with the new kit and so i have an excuse to come back to the wolves with my now much more refined painting skills. My method for painting my new wolves is: - Base coat fenris grey foundation paint on all the armour, i try to avoid cracks but at this stage it's not so important - Then i heavily wash all the armour with badab black - Then i carefully go over the armour with shadow grey using a panneling technique, leaving thin lines of the basecoat were shadows would fall - Finnally i do highlights on all the armour with a 50/50 shadow grey, space wolves grey mix. I'm currently right in the middle of painting up my first hunter as a test model, will post pics if he's any good.
