psycho4r5
Hi all, I use to play 40k way back when it specifically said in the codexs that both playes must agree to use special characters. I just picked up the new space wolves codex and judging by the way it is formatted the named characters look to just be regular HQ. so my question to you is, do both players have to to agree on special characters still and secondly do the space wolves named characters in specific follow this rule in the new codex or are they just HQs. Yeti
For the last several codexes GW has not included the statement specifying that Special Caracters require your opponents permission. Barring any house/tourny rules, there's nothing stopping you from fielding the caracters from the codex in friendly games. JamesI
Its been quite a while since a codex that required permission for special characters, at least five years or even more.
