ChainsawDR
Silly question - if an iron priest takes 4 cyber wolves can he be singled out in HTH? If he can't then he is looking awesome on the back of a thunderwolf, giving 4 S10 attacks (+1 S8 Servo arm attack I think?) - however if he can be singled out then I can see him dieing quite easily as he always strikes at I1 - only takes one power weapon to single him out and he's toast. Forgive my silly question, I'm unsure if its just characters or any unit that can be singled out in HTH, and if elite's count as characters, or if his cyberwolves makes him stand out. Thanks all. Toasterfree
the wolves are part of his wargear, but IIRC in the description of them it says that they form a unit, so i would have to say no. i do know that the IP is no longer and IC Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/180343-iron-priest-singled-out-in-hth/#findComment-2135449 Share on other sites
WG Vrox
No they all form a single unit, not only can he not be singled out, but the next question you will be asking yourself is what if the IP dies does his wargear die with him. The answer is no, the only mention of this happening is with characters that take Fen Wolves as wargear it does not say cyberwolves, in addition if you take servitors they do not suffer from Mindlock like the C:SM servitors do. So both CW and Servitors can fight on normally if the IP dies. If you want some real fun, put them all in a LRR, 1+8+3 = 12, give him SoIW and get the thing down the field in a hurry. Vrox.
