hartnett Posted October 4, 2009 Share Posted October 4, 2009 i had wolf lord w/ thunderwolf power weapon belt of russ combi - melta 10 grey hunters 2 flamers 10 grey hunters 2 plasmas 10 grey hunters flamer and plasma 3 wolf guard power weapon each 5 long fangs 3 hb 1 mm 3 thunderwolves w/ power weapon orks had warboss big chopper grotsnik 5 mega armoured nobz with cybork bodies and powerclaws 20 ard boyz 30 boyz trukk battlewagon very topsy turvey battle came very close at the end highlights warboss and squad anniahlated in shooting by grey hunters wolf lord passing bucket loads of invulnerables and tyng up grotsnik and nobz single flamer GH killing 14 boyz wolf guard surviving a full round of combat on his own against warboss and ard boyz i learned that you do not charge a lord and thunder wolves into a squad of nobz with powerclaws with grotsnik they are uber hard to kill and kill them really quickly which kinda sucked unless they are on a suicide mission i had 5 long fangs, 7 GH left and a wolf guard he was anniahlated Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/180510-first-battle-with-the-new-wolves-1000-pts/ Share on other sites More sharing options...
