Heartwork Posted October 7, 2009 Share Posted October 7, 2009 Hi there. Is it just me or do some other people think that the "Azrael" "Ezekiel" and "Asmodai" models could do with a tune up? I'm new to this forum so hello everyone! And i hope this thread is in the right place. I wanted to start with Azrael and use a picture of him in the Angels of Death codex from many moons ago. Im currently paused on a similar project. i'm almost-scratch-building a true scale Asmodai but haven't done any work on him for months due to lack of GS... but the new stuff i've ordered should arive tomorrow! You don't "obviously need an Azrael model" as buying one to butcher would be herresy. The Veteran DA box comes with loads of suitable plastic bits that can be kit bashed into a suitable facsimile. I'm slow painter but a perfectionist so don't expect anything quickly! lol. I had little sketches for Asmodai and Ezekiel The Azrael body would be perfect, but I'm not gonna splash 12 quid on the mini to hack it to bits and I'm not a player now anyway. I found some alright looking ones, but its the shape of it in the picture I'm working off. Cant see the back either but the picture suggests something more dynamic. I really think you should get a pair of bare legs that are the pose you want (standard tactical squad legs maybe) and break out the GS.
