hairydave
Hi Everyone, I'm a bit puzzled by the Tempest's Wrath entry: "All enemy skimmers blah blah blah that finish their move within 24" of the Rune Priest treat all terrain, even clear terrain, as difficult and dangerous". How does the "difficult" part effect skimmers, jet bikes and jump infantry who normally ignore such things? Do they just treat it as dangerous or do they roll 2D6 and pick the highest? Thanks, Hairy Dave Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/180926-tempests-wrath-confusion/ Share on other sites
JamesI
They treat difficult as dangerous, so really, it should have just said dangerous. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/180926-tempests-wrath-confusion/#findComment-2142180 Share on other sites

rahl02
Hi Everyone,I'm a bit puzzled by the Tempest's Wrath entry: "All enemy skimmers blah blah blah that finish their move within 24" of the Rune Priest treat all terrain, even clear terrain, as difficult and dangerous". How does the "difficult" part effect skimmers, jet bikes and jump infantry who normally ignore such things? Do they just treat it as dangerous or do they roll 2D6 and pick the highest? Thanks, Hairy Dave It actually states that it's both difficult and dangerous. It's for people who would try to move their jump infantry like normal infantry. Since their still classified as jump they'd have to take a difficult terrain movement. dudelord
Thats the reason I thought it had both Dangerous and Difficult. I was thinking more for Jump Infantry charging needing to roll, but effect is the same. Which makes me think... can terrain be dangerous without being difficult?
